Leopard is committed to providing great quality products to our customers. We
are happy to exchange items for store credit within 14 days of the date of
purchase, provided the items are in their original condition and with proof of
purchase, but please choose carefully as we do not refund unless your items
are faulty. Sizing guides have been provided where possible to give you as
much info prior to making your purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days upon receipt of your order. If 14 days have gone by
since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If
you would like to return your item please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Our
team will arrange the return documentation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns must include tracking as we will not be responsible for missing
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of
the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,
within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
These items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Sample/Stocktake Sale items (if applicable)
These items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If so send us an
email at email@example.com
We are happy to exchange gifts. Please notify us on purchase so the item can
be marked as such.
Within NZ: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org, our team will happy to
assist you with hassle-free postage options.
International: To return your product, you should send your product
to: 3/257, Shirley Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland 2025. Please ensure tracking is included. We do not accept
any liability for missing items that don't include tracking.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning
your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost
of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product
to reach you, may vary.
